Four steps: consult, plan, treatment, follow-up
Step 1: Consult
We listen to your goals, answer questions in plain English, and review your health history. Adult children or helpers are welcome.
Step 2: Plan
We use CT imaging and digital impressions when needed so the plan fits YOUR bone — not a one-size template. Implant count is individualized. You get a clear written plan.
Step 3: Treatment
On surgery day, implants are placed as planned. Some patients who qualify receive temporary fixed teeth the same day — this is not a guarantee for everyone. IV sedation is available when appropriate.
Step 4: Follow-up
We check healing as your bone bonds to the implants, then place your long-term fixed teeth when you are ready. You get clear care instructions and ongoing support.
Healing timeline (plain English)
Day of surgery
Implants are placed as planned. Some patients who qualify receive temporary fixed teeth the same day. This is not a guarantee for everyone — your bone, health, and scan decide what is safe. Temporary (healing) teeth are for smiling and soft foods while bone bonds to the implants.
Healing period
Your jawbone grows onto the implants over time (often several months). We check healing along the way. You wear temporary teeth during this phase when they were placed.
Follow-up & final teeth
When healing is ready, we place your long-term fixed teeth. They are shaped to look natural. You get care instructions so you know how to clean and protect them.
We will tell you honestly at your consult what is realistic for your case — including whether same-day temporary teeth are an option.
